Former President Carter has had some strong words about Governor Cox, a Republican, repeatedly referred to evolution as a "buzzword" in a speach on Tursday and wishing to ban the word from Georgia school curriculum. It would not require schools to buy new textbooks, but forbid teachers from using the word. Didn't Scopes already fight this battle in 1925?
