Howl! Yesterday was a full Wolf Moon or Hunger Moon. It is a turning point in the year's abundance. This time of emptiness and barren tables will grow voluptuously from now on. Every life ebbs and flows with the universe. Dance in the moonlight and unite with the cycle of life. (I know naked dancing is a little difficult this time of year but do your best.)
